VMT Betoon AS<\/strong> was founded as an independent production company in 1991, on the basis of Viljandi KEK’s concrete landfill. The company that produced reinforced concrete elements for the KEK system at that time has developed into a modern company producing concrete mixes and elements with computer-controlled concrete units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has 35 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concrete mixes, which are characterized by the standard EVS-EN 206:2014+A2:2021<\/a>, are produced in a modern concrete plant from two units with a productivity of approx. 50 m3\/h. All materials used in the production of concrete mixes have the CE mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tallinn Certification Authority<\/a><\/strong> has carried out the factory’s initial inspection and production control and continuously monitors, evaluates and recognizes the factory’s production control. The factory has its own test laboratory, where production and materials are constantly checked. Parallel experiments are carried out by the Building Materials Research and Testing Laboratory of the Construction Production Institute of Tallinn University of Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production control certificate No. 0481 has been issued to AS VMT Betoon.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>

Quality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Concrete mixes, characterized by the standard EVS-EN 206:2014+A2:2021, are produced in a modern concrete plant with a productivity of approx. 50 m3\/h. Latvian Schwenk<\/a> CEM I 42.5R cements are used. For material we use limestone that comes from O\u00dc Eesti Killustik and AS Kaltsiit, granite rubble from O\u00dc Ruu Kivi and Graniidikeskus O\u00dc and sand from PM Kaubandusgrupp O\u00dc. Additives used in concrete mixes are produced by AS Semtu<\/a>. All materials used in the production of concrete mixes have the CE mark.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>
